Anything else here will then be frozen. Please keep this date available (subject to shift +/- days) so that you're ready to pick up.
Our pasture raised chicken is brought to the farm as a day old, raised in a sheltered and safe environment until they are able to survive on pasture with the fluctuating weather conditions.
We only raise the birds from spring to fall as they are pastured and our winters don’t allow for this practice
Splayed is a great BBQ option, but, so is the regular whole bird if your BBQ game includes beer-can-chicken. How can one decide!?
*** IMPORTANT:
A deposit will be required to reserve your chicken at $10/bird. This will be deducted from the birds actual cost.
***Expect a whole bird to weigh roughly 7lbs and uncooked/RAW, vacuum sealed***
Deposit is listed in terms of whole or halved pieces. So, if you want one bird split into 2 halves, select 2 halves as those are the pieces you'll receive as they are two items.
